The research on corporate psychopathy is real and the rate is higher in senior roles than in the general population. You do not need the research; you need to know what you are dealing with. Twenty things you have watched them do in meetings, with clients, with the people below them, scored on six axes, against everyone else who has been rated by someone who works for them.

Can this tell me if my boss is a psychopath?
No. Nothing on the internet can, and this page does not claim to. It tells you what they read as on six axes, from twenty things you watched them do, and how that compares with everyone who has been rated. A diagnosis needs a clinician, a history, and the person in the room.
What do I do with the result?

Is this anonymous?
Yes. Nothing about who you rated is stored, and the result page never shows who did the rating. Rated people go into their own dataset on the Index as aggregates only.
