An intake form, not a formality. The people, the history, the screenshots. I read it before we speak, so the call starts where you actually are.
The call
You talk, I listen, then I tell you what I see. No softening, no managing your feelings. You leave with a concrete move, not a mindset shift.
The room stays open for 24 hours
After the call you can keep writing to me. I reply at least twice in that window, usually more. It is asynchronous, not live chat: I answer properly rather than instantly.
A written report, then one more window
You get the read in writing: what is happening, what it costs you, what to do. The room reopens for 48 hours after it lands so you can come back on it.

Is this therapy?
No. I'm not a licensed therapist and I don't treat mental health conditions. This is strategic coaching. I tell you what I see in a situation, and I give you a move. If you need clinical support, I'll tell you that directly.
What if I don't know what to talk about?
You do. The situation that made you look at this page, that's what we talk about. A person, a pattern, a decision you can't make. Bring whatever's keeping you up at night.
How do I prepare for a session?
You'll get an intake form when you book. Fill it in properly: the situation, the people, the backstory, screenshots if you have them. The more specific you are, the more useful I can be, and the less of the call we spend on background.
Can I message you between sessions?
Yes, inside the room, in the windows it is open. That is asynchronous, not live chat: I reply at least twice inside every 24 hour window, usually more, but I am not sitting on the other end waiting. If you want longer, you can add 24 or 48 more hours.
What's your refund policy?
Fully refundable until your first session is scheduled. Sessions reschedule free with 24 hours' notice; shorter notice or a no-show forfeits the session. No refunds after a session happens, you're paying for my time and attention, and you'll get both. Unused sessions in multi-session packages are refundable at the per-session rate.
Can I upgrade after a single session?
Yes. If we do a single session and you want to go deeper, I'll credit what you paid toward the Intensive or Career programme. Just let me know.
How quickly can I book?
Depends on the month. Sometimes I have spots within the week, sometimes it's a 2-3 week wait. I take 8 clients a month. Retainer clients get priority scheduling.
Is everything confidential?
Completely. What you tell me stays between us. I don't share details, names, or situations, not on social media, not with anyone. The room is private and everything in it is encrypted where it is stored.
