These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service provided by Kanika Batra.
All content, including books, coaching sessions, and educational materials, is provided for informational and educational purposes only. This content is not intended as medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.
Coaching services are not therapy or medical treatment. Kanika Batra is not a licensed therapist, counselor, or medical professional. Coaching is intended for high-functioning individuals seeking personal development and strategic thinking enhancement.
Where coaching includes a timed messaging window (including purchased time extensions), the window is asynchronous access, not live chat: you may send as many messages as you like while it is open, and Kanika will provide at least two substantive replies within each 24-hour discussion or follow-up window (at least one per 24 hours of purchased extension time). Replies are not immediate and specific response times are not guaranteed.
AI assistance. Artificial intelligence is used to help prepare coaching materials, including working notes, summaries, and report drafts generated from your intake questionnaire, your coaching-room messages, and your call transcript. All material you receive is reviewed by Kanika before delivery. This processing is described in the Privacy Policy; your writing is not used to train AI models.
Confidentiality. The coaching room is confidential in both directions. Coaching content is not shared or discussed outside the engagement except as required by law or as the Privacy Policy describes, and you agree not to share, screenshot, publish, or otherwise disseminate Kanika's messages, your report, or any other coaching materials. Coaching materials are provided for your personal use only and remain Kanika Batra's intellectual property.
Not an emergency or crisis service. The coaching room is not monitored for emergencies and no response time is guaranteed. If you are in immediate danger or experiencing thoughts of harming yourself or others, do not use the coaching room: contact your local emergency services immediately. In the US, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline); elsewhere, findahelpline.com lists services by country.
Conduct. Abusive, threatening, harassing, or unlawful use of the coaching room, or any request to use coaching to harm a specific person, may result in the engagement being terminated and access revoked without refund.
Content may include discussion of dark psychology, manipulation tactics, and antisocial personality traits. This content is presented for educational understanding and self-protection, not for causing harm to others.
All payments must be made in advance of receiving services. We process payments via Stripe. Prices are subject to change without notice.
The Consilium is a paid monthly subscription at $29/month. Your subscription will automatically renew each month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your profile or by emailing Kanika@kanikarose.com, your access continues until the end of the paid period.
The Blood Pact is a separate training subscription at $4.99 a week or $149 a year, and it renews automatically until you break the pact. Breaking it from your profile stops the billing immediately and your access runs to the end of the period you have paid for. Breaking a pact seals that record permanently; you can sign a new one at any time. A Consilium membership includes the Pact at no extra charge, and breaking the Pact does not affect that membership.
Book purchasers may receive a 30-day free trial to The Consilium via email. The trial includes full access; at the end of the trial your access expires unless you subscribe. No charges are made during the trial.
The Consilium is for adults. You must be 18 or older to join, and accounts found to belong to minors are closed and refunded.
Members can write to Kanika directly from inside The Consilium. She reads everything. She does not reply to everything, and replies usually take days rather than hours, because she answers them herself. Nothing in that channel is written, drafted or suggested by AI.
To keep that possible, you can have one unanswered message waiting at a time. Once she replies, or after 24 hours, you can write again.
This is education, not therapy. It is not counselling, not medical or psychiatric advice, and not a crisis service. If you are in danger or in crisis, contact your local emergency number, Lifeline on 13 11 14 in Australia, or the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline in the United States.
Posts, comments, and messages you create in The Consilium remain your own content. By posting, you grant us a license to display that content within the community. We may remove content that violates the community guidelines (harassment, doxxing, explicit content, spam) and suspend or ban accounts at our sole discretion.
Members must use a pseudonym (display name) and are expected to protect the privacy of other members. Sharing another member's real identity, screenshots, or private messages outside the community is grounds for immediate ban without refund.
For coaching services: a package is fully refundable until your first session is scheduled. Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice; shorter notice or a no-show forfeits that session. Completed sessions are not refundable. Unused sessions in multi-session packages may be refunded at the per-session rate.
For digital products: sales of the Sociopathic Dating Bible are final, as it is delivered instantly on purchase. The Consilium, The Blood Pact and the book bundles each carry a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first payment. Purchases made before August 16, 2026 keep the terms in effect when they were made. Our refund policy sets out the terms for every product, and it governs.

All coaching sessions are strictly professional in nature. By booking a session, you agree to maintain appropriate conduct at all times. Coaching is a professional service focused on personal development, strategy, and mindset transformation.
Any behaviour that is sexual in nature, sexually suggestive, or that violates professional boundaries will result in the immediate termination of the session. This includes, but is not limited to:
If a session is terminated due to a violation of this policy, no refund will be issued, no exceptions. You may also be permanently banned from all future services. We reserve the right to report any illegal conduct to the relevant authorities.
We make no guarantees about specific outcomes or results. Individual results may vary based on personal circumstances, effort, and application of provided strategies.
Kanika Batra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services or content.

We respect your privacy and maintain strict confidentiality regarding all coaching sessions and personal information shared.
Personal information collected is used solely for providing services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
