Well, I've been in a very similar situation myself, and growing up, I had to deal with that misogyny, and I was always, always confronted with it. But things got really bad, especially when there was not as much support for me from my parents because of my father's illness. So I understand exactly where you're coming from, and what I recommend is not giving them any leverage over your emotions or your life. You need to be completely detached from what they can do and what they can't.
So if it means seeing your mother less in order to not feel the abuse, or seeing your brother less to not deal with the absolute garbage of it, then you should do that because your happiness and your mental comfort is more important than anybody else's. And if you don't realize that, then you're screwed, because the only one who's going to have your back is you 100% of the time. So don't gaslight yourself. Don't make yourself feel like a victim of kinds.
Don't also make yourself seem like the aggressor because you're not. You are just dealing with the cards that you've been dealt. So I can just recommend to you, try and gray rock in terms of your brother, because there's not much use arguing with the
