Eye contact domination

Okay, you guys, I have a challenge for you and it involves eye contact. Eye contact is the only way to establish dominance in any setting. And I'm talking about dating, relationships, at work, all of it. If you hold eye contact, you're the dominant one.

So I want you to try and hold eye contact for slightly longer each day. So today I want you to find a target and I want you to keep eye contact for at least five seconds. I don't care how uncomfortable you feel, it's something that you need to do. And then over time, we're going to increase it because you're going to be the one in control at all times.

And that involves being able to make people feel intimidated or questionable, let's be real. It's all really, really important. And while I'm going to do a course episode on this, I just wanted to come in here and give you a quick idea of what we're doing. So we need this to happen and we need this to show how powerful this can be.
